This competition is open to ๐๐๐ ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฒ ๐ฎ ๐๐ผ ๐ญ๐ฏ (๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ถ๐บ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ ๐ฎ ๐๐ผ ๐-๐๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐น๐ / ๐ฆ๐ง๐ฃ๐ ) students who are residing in Malaysia. There is no pre-requisite to enter this competition. All students are welcomed to join.
Students who have won Gold/ Silver/ Bronze Award in AMO will be invited to compete in one the most popular competitions, Singapore International Mathematics Olympiad Challenge (SIMOC) and STEAM AHEAD: IJMO (International Junior Math Olympiad).

You may pay for more than 1 child/ student at once by increasing the quantity. Just put in the same Bill ID during registration.

American Mathematics Olympiad (AMO)
Introducing the ALL NEW American Mathematics Olympiad (AMO)!
American Math Olympiad (AMO) is an international math competition for elementary, middle and high school students jointly organised by SIMCC and Southern Illinois University (SIU). It promotes the importance and a deeper understanding of math. AMO is open to all Grade 2 to 13 students and its framework is based on The US Common Core Standards. A group of the best educators from Southern Illinois University with comprehensive knowledge and experience in the Common Core Math curriculum design unique papers to challenge the student and at the same time promote their interest in math. Some of the distinguished benefits (or The key benefits) of AMO are university scholarships, Global Scholars Program, International Junior Honor Society (IJHS) membership, tuition grants and internships.

Objective

To open up US University Scholarship and Education opportunities for students
AMO isย open to all Grade 2 to 13 (Primary 2 to A-Levels/STPM)ย Malaysian students.
All Malaysian students who have wonย Gold/ Silver/ Bronze/ Honorable Mentionย Award in AMO will be invited to join SIMOC (Singapore International Mathematics Olympiad Challenge)ย in Singapore. Malaysian students who have wonย Gold/ Silverย Award will be invited to compete in STEAM AHEAD: IJMO (International Junior Math Olympiad). Contest entry is available on a first come first served basis, so register as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
