China Mathematical Olympiad (Hua Xia Cup) is an international mathematical olympiad competition that is organized by Hong Kong & China Mathematical Olympiad Association. It started it’s national organizing committee in 2008. In the past 13 years, it has spread to Shanghai, Shenzhen, Sichuan, Guangxi, Anhui, Hunan, Hebei, Shandong, Hong Kong, Macau, Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia, setting up organizing committees in over 20 provinces and cities across China.
Hua Xia Cup questions are set by maths experts, university professors and top notch maths teachers. Students’ mastery and understanding of the subject matter are tested, with a focus on their creativity and mathematical application skills.
Hua Xia Cup awards are highly valuable and enhance the competitiveness of many elementary and middle school students in further education.
Hua Xia Cup Trial and Hua Xia Cup Final are open to Grade 1 to 9 (Primary 1 to Secondary 3) students residing in Malaysia.
All students who have won Gold/ Silver/ Bronze Award in Hua Xia Cup Trial 2025 or AIMO Trial 2024 or Depth Of Knowledge Assessment (DOKA) 2024 will be invited to compete in HXC Final. Please join as soon as possible as places are limited.
